When using a standard AST tenancy agreement, it has a clause in it that clearly states you can not sub-let a property. This is why we use management contracts or company let agreements similar to the ones already used by the standard high street letting agent.
The main difference with our contracts are things like guaranteed rents, no rental deductions and the ability to rent our the property to our clients.
After visiting your property, we'll present a fair offer within 24 hours, reflective of your area's market conditions. The agreed price remains fixed throughout the contract, irrespective of market fluctuations. Should the property be vacant, contracts could be signed and the first month's rent paid the following day.
This is another thing that makes us different. We do not charge landlords or levy tenant finder or management fees. Every service we provide is free of charge. Our profit comes from the difference between what we charge our clients and what we pay to you... pretty straightforward really.
